There is an ongoing school supply drive until Aug. 12 to help children in need prepare to return to class.

Town of Davie officials, the Rick and Rita Case Boys and Girls Club, the Florence A. De George Unit Boys and Girls Club, and the Davie Police Athletic League are hosting drop-off locations.

The organizers welcomed composition books, spiral notebooks (wide and college-ruled), dry-erase markers, #2 pencils, pencil cases, erasers, pocket folders (duo-tang style), pens, rulers, glue sticks, and highlighters.
